Unknow Woman from Tiger Woods' House

A woman was taken from Tiger Woods’ Florida mansion early Tuesday to a hospital by ambulance after a rescue call was made, officials say.

Officials at the hospital’s emergency room told Fox News the unidentified woman has been released. No additional information was immediately available.

According to WESH-TV, the woman was taken from Woods’ multimillion-dollar home “on advanced life support” after firefighters received a call at 2:36 a.m. Tuesday.

Footage shot outside Health Central Hospital in Ocoee appeared to show a blonde woman on a stretcher being taken inside.

According to witnesses, a black SUV — similar to the one Woods crashed the day after Thanksgiving — showed up at the hospital minutes later.

A witness told Fox News that a “nice-looking blonde woman” who looked similar to Tiger’s wife, Elin Nordegren, was driving the vehicle. According to WFTV-TV, the license plate on the Cadillac Escalade seen at the hospital had only one character that was different from the Escalade involved in the crash.

Meanwhile, RadarOnline.com reported Woods’ wife moved out of the couple’s home and is living in a nearby house. The report came after several women claimed to have engaged in relationships with the golf star.

Woods was taken to the hospital on Nov. 27 after crashing his SUV into a fire hydrant and trees in his gated-community neighborhood.

TMZ reported early Tuesday that Woods was admitted as an overdose under the alias “William Smith.”

Sources at the Health Central Hospital reportedly said Woods’ admissions chart specified “OD” and mentioned he was having trouble breathing.

Update:

ORLANDO, Florida (CNN) — Paramedics in Orange County, Florida, responded to a medical call early Tuesday at Tiger Woods’ house, the county fire service said.

A patient was taken to a hospital, said Genevieve Latham, a spokeswoman for Orange County Fire Rescue.

She said paramedics responded to an address on Deacon Circle. Property tax records show that house is owned by Woods’ wife.

CNN affiliate WESH-TV in Orlando reported that a woman was taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.

It is the same hospital where Woods was taken after he crashed his sports utility vehicle following an altercation with his wife on November 27.

The Orlando Sentinel, citing Orange County property records, said the 911 call was to Woods’ mansion.

Both the TV station and the newspaper said a Cadillac Escalade, similar to the one Woods crashed, came to the Ocoee hospital shortly after the 911 call.

WINDERMERE, Fla. — Orange County firefighters responded to a medical call at the residence of Tiger Woods on Tuesday morning.

Woman On Stretcher

The call was received at 2:36 a.m.

A radio log showed an adult woman was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee. The log also showed the patient initally refused transport, but was later listed as an advanced life support patient.

Video from the hospital showed a middle-age woman being removed from an ambulance on a stretcher and taken through an emergency entrance.

Health Central is the same hospital where Woods was taken after his crash on Nov. 27.

A black Cadillac Escalade was seen leaving the hospital shortly after the ambulance arrived there. The tag on the Escalade was similar to the one involved in Woods’ crash.

Woods’ Wife Moves Out Of Home
Neighbors of Tiger Woods said an increasing number of alleged affairs led the professional golfer’s wife to move out of their Isleworth mansion.

The number of women who claim they’ve had affairs with Woods has climbed to 10. The number includes two local women.

Several celebrity news Web sites said Elin Woods had enough and moved out of the couple’s $2.6 million home. A report on RadarOnline.com said Elin Nordegren had enough and moved into another nearby home also owned by Woods.

FHP Sought Woods’ Blood Samples
New details of the investigation into Tiger Woods’ crash were released on Monday.

A report filed by the Florida Highway Patrol indicated troopers had requested blood samples from Woods after an interview with Nordegren revealed Woods had been drinking alcoholic beverages and prescription painkillers earlier in the day.

The State Attorney’s Office declined the request three days later. A spokeswoman said there was no probable cause in the case, and it’s not uncommon for those types of requests to be denied.

They also said Woods’ fame did not play a role in the decision.
